RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp +92 302 2905738 or email shaylaalnissa@gmail.com first. Then send the item to: Makkah Residency G 04, Feroz Shah Kolta Road, Shikarpur Colony, Muslimabad, Karachi 74200, Pakistan. Items sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Send the item back to us first. When we receive it and inspect it, we will dispatch your new item. For an exchange, delivery charges apply every time. This includes orders of Rs 5,000 and above that had free delivery.
Refunds
We will tell you once we have received and inspected your return. If it is approved, your refund is made within 10 business days. Delivery charges are deducted from every refund. This includes orders of Rs 5,000 and above that had free delivery.
Damaged or wrong item
